We are a team of designers with more than 10 years of combined expertise in interior spaces, and our clients have given us the trust to not only design in a unique style for each of them, but also to adjust and improve the space for their family, work, or other interests. We firmly think that we can provide a fantastic product that is affordable for all budgets and quick to produce.

Maya studio was created to be able to provide clients with an excellent interior design service so they can transform rooms and create special memories in their home without without going over their budget.

Remodeling your house is simple and fun with Maya Studio.

We like to be as transparent and clear as possible, that is why we want to highlight to our clients that any type of structural remodeling such as countertops, cabinetry or custom built-ins is out of our services offer, having saying, our products and renderings give clients a general idea of what style of decoration would be ideal for them.

Our designer can surely source from our budget-friendly vendors to keep costs down, however it’d be helpful if you could mention which items are on your priority list, so your designer can focus on picking those first.

We will do our best to stay within your budget by sourcing your future products from a variety of well-known vendors from all Canada and some brands from the USA (depending on shipping availability)

We may not be able to select high-end pieces when budgets are tight, but one thing is for sure, we’re going to give your new space a great makeover!

Silver

The silver package is a great help for people looking to design rooms like bathrooms, kitchens, and also looking to integrate existing furniture and looking to add certain elements for a makeover.

As soon as your designer get connected, He/she will start developing some ideas for your project. These simplistic mood boards will display the designer’s suggestions for your room, the ideas will be uploaded to your account within two to three business days. We kindly request that you respond to them as soon as you can so that your designer can provide your initial design concept on schedule.

Two business days after you receive the Idea boards, you will receive the Initial concept board , which is a closer version of the final product. You will rate this board, offer comments, and indicate whether you like or dislike about the furniture products.


After getting your comments from the first concept board your designer will produce a final concept board which, both concept board will include a shopping list and the option to schedule a call with you designer. Please be aware that Doesn’t include graphical space planning or suggestion.

Gold

This option is perfect for: any room, including offices and nurseries, where a layout of the space is needed. It also works really well people who would like a more clear understanding of how their space will be styled. Here, you can have 3D visual representations on a high definition images and architectural plans with the pieces you liked the most!

As soon as your designer get connected, He/she will start developing some ideas for your project. Once you approve this Concept we finally move to one of the coolest phases on this process which is work on your final layout. This 3d photorealistic representation will help you to picture how your room will appear after it is finished, and she how your new pieces adapt properly on visual elements around your room as natural light, existing wall color (in case you don’t need paint suggestion, room size etc.

These layout renders will take about week to get done. After design concept approval.

Of course! If you opt for the Silver package, you can definitely upgrade to Gold at any time. Please send your request to your designer or send an email with your username and room# to  hello@Mayastudio.ca and we’ll invoice you for the difference.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer design and/or ordering support to customers of other countries.

How We Get Things Done?

To begin your design project, you have two simple options:

  1. You register for an account, you will add the rooms you’d like us to help you decorate and then start your Quiz 
  2. You can take your design quiz directly and then you could register your account and then complete your registration.

After completing your payment you will receive an email confirming your purchase with your login information and you designer will get in touch very soon!

Depending on their availability, our designers normally start the same week or the following week.

For the purchase of goods and the payment of design packages fees, we take most of credit and debit cards option including (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Discover) and Secured payment via PayPal.

Please keep in mind that we do not accept seller gift cards as payment for item orders at the moment.

Given that we are aware that everyone has a unique sense of style, we developed this quiz where you will find a series of questions (such as inspiration images, budgets, color combinations and textures you like and dislike) this quiz will give an exact idea to your designer of what your style, needs, budget, etc.

A design project’s maximum room size is 350 square feet.Within these packages you will receive different benefits that will help you understand how to distribute your space such as renders, floor plan (Gold level), schedule calls with your designer, etc.

Your chosen design will always be available for purchase. You may start your room process whenever you feel ready, regardless of whether design package you got (a Silver or Gold)

Because we value flexibility and understand that people occasionally change their minds, we provide refunds for any unused design package payments within the first 48 hours of purchase.

For sure! We love to include your favorite pieces, just make sure to upload front pictures and/or links to all products to be kept in the design.
Communication is an essential part in our process in order to get your dream room so after you complete the style quiz and uploaded the requested documents (pictures and dimensions), you will be given the option to schedule a phone call with your designer.

Communication is a crucial element of our work! In order to offer you with the right result for you, we designers will be in touch before, during, and after the design process, so your experience with Maya Studio will be as fantastic as you expect it to be.

Maya Studio has a particular mission: Design your dream room and make your experience as flexible as possible for you, We understand that you may not always have time to contact 5, 9, or even more stores to purchase your pieces.

Although it is not necessary to buy your new furniture through us. We totally recommend it since we take care of the entire buying process, we will be dealing in contacting the stores and notifying you when your pieces are on their way to your house and We simplify the shopping procedure by let you to make a single purchase from a variety of suppliers,

Also, if you feel more comfortable buying your furniture in the physical store, you will have the option to download your shopping list in a pdf file from your maya studio account.

In addition, if you decide to buy your furniture in a physical store, you will be able to download your shopping list as a pdf file from your maya studio account.

As part of the shopping experience, we respect all promo and coupon codes, lplease let your designer know what is your promo code and our shopping team will validate it and apply all discounts available in case it is valid,

We serve as a third-party ordering service. So, basically, we deal. With buying products, shipping, billing, and logistics for the hundreds of different suppliers that have joined with Maya Studio on your behalf.

Here at Maya Studio, we love good prices.’ We are constantly working hard to bring you the best deal.

That is why if you find a better deal on one of the websites of the stores we work with, we will match it, you just need to notify your designer and we will take care of updating your shopping list with the best available price.

We know how important of keeping our clients up to date on delivery timeframes. Because different companies have different delivery timeframes, Maya Studio, as a third-party service, must follow the vendor’s return policy.

We work hard to keep the information available in our product details, if you have any questions about the status of your merchandise feel free to contact your designer or send an email with the project number to hello@mayastudio.ca  and we would surely keep you updated on the status of your shipment.

The actual shipping cost is usually around 15-20 dollars, however, it may vary a bit due to different factors such as stores, location and volume.

Your estimated shipping costs, will be included in your Order Summary when you complete the checkout process.

Our team will get in touch with you via E-mail after reviewing your order to let you know the final shipping costs and ask you if you want to proceed with the purchase.

* pieces purchased through the Maya platform will have the same shipping price as our sellers

For most of our sellers, cancellation policies are allowed as long as they are not preparing for shipment. Normally cancellations can be accepted within the first 24 to 48 days, but it is at the discretion of each company as we follow each vendor cancellation policy. We recommend contacting your designer or our purchasing team at hello@mayastudio.ca to make the cancellation request as soon as possible.

Once we receive a response from our seller, a confirmation email will be sent later to inform if the cancellation was accepted (1-2 business day after your request).

We understand that our customers may change their minds and may not feel totally convinced about our thousands of available products.That’s why if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can contact your designer or our maya studio team to start the return process with our vendors

We want to point out that each vendor has their own return policy and as Maya Studio operates as a third party we must follow our brand partner’s return policy due to this, not every item on our website qualifies for a return. We encourage to our clients to please review the product details located on each product to learn more about the seller’s return policy.

*Your reimbursement will be provided once Maya has confirmed with the seller that the item was received and satisfied their return conditions. Maya Studio is unable to offer refunds until vendor partners accept the returned item.
